Chatpati Gobhi


How To Make Chatpati Gobhi


Cooking Time 20 Minutes


Serving For 4 People




Ingredients :

- 1/2 kg Chopped Cauliflower

- 2 Dicely Chopped Potatoes

- 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Turmeric Powder

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 Cup Fresh Methi ( Fenugreek )

- 2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Sliced Tomato

Method :

1. First Of All Take 1/2 Kg Cauliflower And Chopped It Properly After Chopping Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Water In Pan And Heat It Till Water Properly Becomes Boil Once Water Properly Boils Off The Gas Flame And Pour The Heated Boiled Water In The Chopped Cauliflower, After Adding Water In The Cauliflower Leave The Cauliflower For 10 To 15 Minutes, After 10 To 15 Minutes Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1/2 Cup Fresh Methi, 1/2 kg Chopped And Washed Cauliflower, 2 Dicely Chopped Potatoes After Adding All The Above Ingredients Cook The Ingredients Till Cauliflower And Potato Become Golden Color And Soft.

2. Once Cauliflower Becomes Soft And Golden Color  Add 2 Finely Chopped Tomato After Adding Chopped Tomatoes Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Leave The Cauliflower In The Pan For 10 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 10 Minutes Add Salt To Taste, 1/2 Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder.

3. After Adding All The Above Needed Ingredients Mix All The Recipe And Ingredients Properly (So That All The Ingredients Properly Mix With Masala’s.) After Mixing Again Cook It For 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas.After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame And Chatpati Gobhi Is Ready To Serve With Hot Wheat Bread Or Brown Rice.

Garnish :
Garnish Gobhi With Fresh Coriander Leaves, Sliced Tomato.

Note To Be Remember While Making This Recipe:
1. Remember That Whenever You Try To Made Cauliflower Recipe , It Should Be Washed From Heated Boil Water So That All
The Bacteria Or Dust Is Purely Removed From Cauliflower.
2. Whenever You Made Cauliflower Recipe Remember That It Should Be Kept Maximum 15 Minutes In Hot Boiled Water.
