How To Make Vegetarian Mashed Eggplant (Baingan Bharta)

Ingredients :
- 5 Brinjal
- 3 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
- 4 Piece Garlic
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Sliced Onion
- Sliced Tomato
Method :
1. Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 5 Brinjal And 2 Cup Water, Then Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Open Cooker Lid And Peel The Brinjal Skin And Mashed It.
2. After Mashing Brinja Welll, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 4 Piece Garlic, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly Cook This Till It Become Golden Color. After Mixture Become Golden Color, Add 5 Chopped Brinjal, 3 Chopped Tomatoes, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi In The Pan.
3. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Above Ingredients Well. After Mixing All The Ingredients Well Cook It For 10 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas.After 10 Minutes Add Mashed Brinjal In The Pan And Cook It For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. And Vegetarian Mashed Eggplant (Baingan Bharta) Is Ready To Serve.Transfer The Vegetarian Mashed Eggplant (Baingan Bharta) In Serving Plate For Garnishing.
Garnish :
- Vegetarian Mashed Eggplant (Baingan Bharta) Garnish With Sliced Onion, Sliced Tomato. After Garnishing Serve The Vegetarian Mashed Eggplant (Baingan Bharta) With Hot Bread.
