Onion Curry


How To Make Onion Curry

Serving For 2 People

Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Ingredients :


- 1/2 Kg Chopped Onion

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 25 Gm Tamarind Soak in 1 Cup Water

- 1 Pinch Garam Masala

- 2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

1. First Of All, Soak Tamarind In 1 Cup Water For 30 Minutes Before Making The Onion Curry Recipe, After 30 Minutes, Take A Pressure Cooker Lid And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Kg Chopped Onion, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly And Cook This Onion, Green Chilly Mixture Till It Become Golden Color.

2.  After Onion Green Chilly Mixture Get Golden Color Add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, Salt To Taste And Mix It Well And Cook It For 1 Or 2 Minutes.

3. After 1 To 2 Minutes, Add 25 Gm Tamarind Water Which We Already Soak In 1 Cup Water For 30 Minutes Before Making, And 1 Pinch Garam Masala And Mix It Well.After Mixing All The Ingredients Well, Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 1 Whistle.

4. After 1 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Onion Curry Is Ready To Serve. Serve The Onion Curry In Serving Plate For Garnishing.

Garnish :

-  Garnish Onion Curry  With Fresh Coriander Leaves. Serve Onion Curry With Hot Bread(Roti) Along With Mango Pickle.
