Kidney Beans








How To Make Kidney Beans (Rajma)

Serving 4 People

Cooking Time 15 To 20 Minutes
Ingredients :


- 1 Cup Kidney Beans (Rajma)

- 3 Onions

- 1 Chopped Potato

- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

- 2 Green Chilly

- 3 Tomatoes

- 1 Bay leaf (Teez Patta)

- 1 Clove (Loung)

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 1/4 Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 3 Cup Water

- 2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- Holy Basil (Tulsi)

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1  Cup  kidney Beans And  3 Cup Water Soak It For Over Night. After Soaked Over Night Kidney Beans Then Take Pressure Cooker Add Kidney Beens With Soaked Water And Cook Till 6 Whistle.

2. After 6 Whistle Now Take A Blender Jar Add 3 Onions 2 Green Chilly And Make A Smooth Paste. Take Another Blender Jar Add 3 Tomatoes Make A Smooth Pure. Then Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

3. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Bay leaf, 1 Clove, 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Ginger - Grlic Paste And Onion Paste.Mix It All Ingredients Well After Mixing All Ingredients Well Cook It Till Onion Become Golden Color.

4. After Onion Become Golden Color Then Add Tomato Paste, 1 Chopped Potato, Salt To Taste, 1/4 Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder. Mix It All Ingredients Well And Cook It  For 5 Minutes.

5. After 5 Minutes Now Add 1 Cup Boiled Kidney Beans With Water. Mix It All Ingredients Well And Cook It For 2 Minutes.
After 2 Minutes Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 1 Whistle. After 1 Whistle Then Open Pressure Cooker Lid And Transfer  Kidney Beans In To Serving Plate Now Kidney Beans Is Ready To Garnish .

Garnish :

- Garnish Kidney Beans With 1 Tsp Lemon Juice, 1 Tsp Garam Masala , Holy Basil.
